Updated: starfall + beyond mod + possibly others

Been working on combing parts of the two mods. It is mostly starfall with some of the races/governments of beyond. Anyone know if it would be a problem uploading once I'm done? Will give credit to original mod designers best I can but have taken from several different mods...not sure what all mods are what now. What has been completed so far.
Starfall
Spaceports - defenses reduced, back to original sizes (small now small)
restructured fleet composition. Most races will focus on cruiser/destroyers
escort ships are once again escorts
added several races from extend/beyond extended (Caleph, Jintus, Paratis, Zadaj, Archei, Ergreagd, Xhumans). May still add several more.
added the governments that go with some of the above races.
drastically reduced the amount of character portraits from beyond extended.
updated or added some race portraits.
There are several other small changes made. Still need to do more testing yet before uploading mod.
