Red/Blue minimap dots

Where are these in the gadgets files? Or are they system generated unlike STRGREEN_000 and STRRED_000 for the strat minimap?
The tactical minimap colors are internally set up as part of CC's base color palette. This is some old code that doesn't load dynamically from anywhere that you can modify. At least not without modifying the game EXE and resources.
