Scripts are missing when I open a campaign with the editor

I wanted to make small changes in the 1939 campaign to play allies, but the problem is that if I look at the list of scripts, it is empty!

I wanted to have:
U Boats more powerful at the start
Less mobile garrison
Slower research

So I put U Boats level 1
Action points of the garrisons 1 instead of 4
Progression of research: 5%; 5%; 4%; 3%; 2%

But if I record , I would have no script!

What do you mean with your scripts are empty? For such changes, you do not need to interfere with the scripts, since these are simple settings with the editor:

1 Open the editor. 2. Open the desired campaign. 3. Save the Campaign as "Your Name". 4. Make the desired changes. (In rare cases update the event scripts with "*" - but do not change them!) 5. Save. 6. Open and play your modified campaign.

Do you have the option to do this step? Or are the scripts missing ?

Maybe just copy and paste them from the default campaign in the folder directory.
