How do you place an O Chit on a HQ?

When you choose action for major power, you can choose to use O-chit by clicking box. After that you choose HQ, game asks that from you (except when used for super combined).

I selected the HQ for the offensve chit, prior to a planned offensive.

when it came to comabt resolution, though, combat factors of involved units, in range from the selcted HQ, have not been modified, and the system has never prompted an option to select the units to exploit the bonus.

HOW TO EXPLOIT THE CHIT BONUSES FOR UNITS INVOLVED IN A LAND ATTACK, please?

Right click unit you want to double, there is "O chit doubled" or something like that. It tells you how many units have left to double.

Before unit's committment to an attack, right?

Can be done after that too, if I remember it right.

Believe me, i'm trying but not succeding in electing the bonused units.
