healing units in armies

does it go automatic? i have no idea and cant find info on it
Units have a Heal, usually 1 point. It gives 10% per point every turn to the unit.
I think it should give healing to an other unit if the healing unit is completly healed, as I don't think there are actual healers in the game, to heal other units.
