Windows 10 Wide Screen

Just installed Opart3 on a Dell Widescreen Laptop with a windows 10 op system. Game runs like a clock.
Only problem is that that the game only occupies about 3/4 of the screen. Does anyone know if there is
a way to engage the widescreen? Not a make or break deal but just curious more than anyting...
