The T-50 M1941 factory upgrades to T-34 M1942 in September 1941. Should this be T-34 M1941 or is the factory upgrade a different Month/Year? I am assuming T-34 M1942 is not available until 1942 but perhaps I am assuming too much.

I think it's correct, the factory upgrades and T-50 M1941 production stops, but the T-34 production starts only at July 1942, as is listed on T-34 M1942.

My confusion is it is listed as converting to T-34 M1942 in September 1941. I do no know if anything will happen regarding the evacuated factory in September 1941; if it will convert to T-34 M1941 or convert to nothing. There is no such thing as a T-34 M1942. the T-34 M1943 starts in September 1942.
My guess is its a typo and the factory converts to T-34 M1943 September 1942. If true, the typo can be fixed as part of any future update. Its a very minor point.

T-34 1942 definitely exist and is often produced in parallel with T-34 1943.

You are correct, my error. I was using the turn 7 production list as reference. I forgot that not all models not yet in production are not yet listed. Its odd that the T-34 M1943 is listed on 7/31/41 turn.
