The ceasefire of 14/06/1982 does not satisfy the English who decide to overthrow the Argentine government to put in place a government that is more favorable to it.
The Americans do not want European interference in their South American pre-square so the English are asking for the unofficial help of france and its South American networks.
The plan is simple, the French deliver the main opponent democratic politics imprisoned while the English "overthrows" the dictator.
