New Bug rank in the editor

Bug Strategic Command WWII War in Europe also has a fault with the rank in the editor, does not function the rank in all units and lands.
Bonus failure range of attack on several different terrains for v1.0
Example: For example it fails on clear ground

In the test I want to add more range to the artillery units like (Range of the weapon) and fails in some areas of land, and in others it works well in the type of terrain (example: river, mountain, clean area).

Thanks, and I understand it now.
The good news is that although any Bonuses/Penalties applied to units won't be reflected in the unit's Properties in the Editor, they are applied in the game itself.

Concerning: they are applied in the game itself...
In the game did not work the rank (in all areas of land) in the game I proved it, that's why I commented, you look at the next update, thanks for everything Bill Runacre...

I see. Can you remember the terrain types where it didn't work?
I'm afraid it's very hard to see their names in the image (using their Spanish names is fine).

Bonuses/Penalties applied to units
For example, the German heavy artillery or rocket artillery, When added to the editor as (Bonuses / Penalties applied to units) to all land areas (+1 range exagon in clear ground, mountain, river etc ...).
I change the bonus to all areas in the editor, but in the game does not apply that range of extra range exagon (not reflected in the game), for example, clear zone failure, but in the City or mountain if I It worked. Right now I have not installed the game to be able to prove it again, but I remember that was the fault.

I see, the reason is that this feature exists to apply bonuses/penalties in non-clear terrain, so there is no option to have it affect clear terrain.
Really the idea is that the default values should apply in clear terrain, and any others unless specified otherwise in this area.

You remember that Fault in other areas also, in this test all the artillery is put to 8 of rank:
