More on Supply Problems

I have noted before that there may be a supply issue with PFE, after progressing further with an AAR, this is what I am experiencing:

As this game is still in the catalogue, I think Matrix should at least acknowledge that there might be a problem and, if possible, advise if this is WAD.
The latest game has all been played in one system, Windows 7, so this is not a system problem.
