Hi, Rico!

"How Green Is Your Valley..." [:D]

Quote inspired by Richard Dafydd Vivian Llewellyn Lloyd
(8 December 1906 – 30 November 1983),
known by his pen name Richard Llewellyn,
who was a British novelist.

PS A great movie (IMO) to be seen about Mongolia -the Inner one, Chinese-
for Outer Mongolia is independent since 1911-1921.
But they're still sharing people, wildlife & landscapes:

I've read enough to know war is a horrible thing, and the suffering on the Eastern Front was among the worst ever. It amazes me what human beings can endure. Especially for the ones without faith.

However, I believe it would please them to know we remember and re-enact their experiences through a game like TotH, especially with the excellent histories that you gentlemen include with your scenarios. So Bravo!

Rosseau,

I'm totally sharing your opinion on remembrance and re-enactment, even by a game's mean like TotH.
Just like honest, respectful and well-recognized memoirs, novels, pieces of art, movies and serious
study books are permitting everybody to learn of Mankind's acts, creations & thoughts.

Whether they are Good or Evil...

Just last year I was at Geronimo's Last Apache Holdout when I stayed in Tombstone Arizona. Now there's a man that knew war probably more so than most. He was just fighting soldiers like every war hero out there but his enemy made war on women and children besides Geronimo's warriors. Clearly, fighting for the lives of your wife and children is warfare at a different level that even soldiers from the worst battles fighting for their country would attest.

Well done, Rico [;)].

I noticed a couple differences in your screen: Japanese AFV are worth 4 VP (not 5) and there are two of them. I only saw one (a M3 Stuart: the Japanese would have classified it as a heavy tank [:D]). Did you play the published version of the scenario or a pre-publication version?

I managed to kill a lot of broken Japanese squads and half-squads in the last turn through failure to rout. The BT tanks have many issues but their amazing speed (if they move at all [:D]) allowed me to surround the Japanese with their back to the river.

Beta version for me.
I use v. 1.0.52 with no additional points for half-squads killed.
You use v. 1.0.56 so do you have bonus points for half-squads killed?

I use v.1.0.56, so I got lots of VP for squads subject to Casualty Reduction.

Today I will try playing the Japanese [;)].
