Please note that v1.01.04 beta has now been replaced by the official v1.02 update

After installing v1.01.04 when trying to access PBEM++ the game asks to downgrade to v1.01.03.

Same here. Saw the lobby not starting, figured there was an update. I guess the opponents need to update as well.
Gosh darn. Came home from work, sat with a beer, and wanted to catch up on the games.

It is comprehensive for each patch release, even the incremental Beta ones are fully comprehensive.
