Just started playing the game, looks pretty good. When there is a notification in the left of the screen and it says there is a fair in a certain territory, what does it mean, can I take part in it, or is it just a game feature??

Yeah at now it's a badly set feature:
It disturbs us for apparently almost nothing, it send us to somewhere that we don't care, we have always to immediatly find our capital back.
Instead, on its news window, there should be an arrow that we have the choice to use to be sent to the fair place.

Maybe the dev wanted to give us an hint of how a foreign country is developping?? Already they should not enforce the hint.
