Movement Points

Heavy tanks :
I think that the heavy tanks have too many Movement Points by reports in the other tanks.
In Germany at war :
- Panzer 38(t) -> 15
- Panzer II -> 14
- Panzer III -> 14
- Panzer IV -> 14
- Panther -> 14
- Tiger I -> 13
- Tiger II -> 12
The difference between the Movement Points of heavy tanks (Tiger I or II) with regard to the average tanks (Panzer III or IV) is not rather important.
In Operation Barbarossa :
- Panzer 38(t) -> 7
- Panzer II -> 6
- Panzer III -> 6
- Panzer IV -> 6
- Panther -> 6
- Tiger I -> 5
- Tiger II -> 4
For the average tanks (Panzer III or IV), by multiplying by two points of movement then by adding two movement points, we arrive at the movement points for Germany At War.
So for the Tiger I, movement points should be 12 (5*2+2=12) instead of 13. It does not make a big difference for the movements on the clear ground (movement cost =2) but limits a little the movements on roads (movement cost =1).
For the Tiger II, movement points should be 10 (4*2+2=10) instead of 12. It does make a difference.
It is only small adjustments which I propose, no fundamental changes in case the future patch would be born (?)
