Hello: Looking at Mad Russian's AAR it seemed to indicate this scenario was in an HSG Urrah campaign but it seems this did not get included with the game?

Can you post a link to MRs AAR and I'll try to see what he's referring to. I'm not sure he checks in here very often, though he might be hanging out in the Flash Point Campaigns forum.

Thanks for the link. I recall that AAR now. But I don't recall seeing the finished scenario, nor the campaign, HSG Urrah. Maybe MR will wander by here and comment. It may be that he got busy on another project? MR did a number of scenarios for PCO. They are listed in the set battle screen and start with HSG if I recall. But I think he only did one campaign, it it only had one battle. I'll check a few more places and let you know if I find anything.
