If I upgrade to 1.3 from Beta 1.01.04...

Can I continue with my current games, as long as my opponents
do as well.
(Sure, I have read these current multiplayer games,
will be lost if I upgrade.)
Anybody can confirm?

I have installed two copies in my pc one with 1.01.04 and another with 1.03. The latest doesn't show my ongoing pbem games with v1.01.04. So if you upgrade you're bound to lose those games, you would have to downgrade.

Anything in particular you need to do in order to have two installs? My PBEM opponent would like to update from the beta, but we don't want to lose our game.
Just different install directories, or is there anything else?

What I did was to copy paste the folder where I had installed the game, then upgrade the pasted copy to v1.03.
So I have
C:\Matrix Games\Strategic Command WWII - War in Europe (original installation)
A:\Games\Matrix Games\Strategic Command WWII - War in Europe (pasted from the original and then upgraded)
Pretty easy

I done the same - only have the one game still going in the old beta now. Works fine.
