Hi everybody,

According to the Galactopedia, when two empires have a mutual defense pact: "... all of their exploration and system visibility becomes shared – each empire can see everything that the other empire sees.".

My question is: does that really include everything?

For instance, let's say that there are 3 empires: A, B and C. A and B have a mutual defense pact. C is at war with B. And empire A has a ship in one of empire C systems. Will empire B sees that system?
