Playing 43-45 Campaign, am now into June 44 and I cannot upgrade my fighters to P-51D model. There are planes in the pool however, when clicking on upgrade no P-51D model is available as an upgrade. Playing 1.01.37 with manual upgrades selected. Am I missing something?

There is a 3-month delay for US-built single-engine a/c, counting from availability date. These a/c had to be ferried by ship to Europe. P-51D should be selectable in July if I remember right.
