Are you using non-English characters (like for example in the address box) when placing the order? If so please try to not use them and check if the issue persists.

Hi, well I bought several games, but three of the DLC's I bought don't appear to have Steam keys even though they are
available on Steam. I'm talking about CMNAO Don of a new era, Spratly Sprat and Korean Missle crisis. Are there
going to be Steam keys made available for them?

Ah, ok I see just inputting the serial numbers given for these DLC's will give me them in Steam also.
