Hi,
I have been playing now for a while and these are some doubts i still have :
a) Is there any relevance when it says this port belongs to Combined Fleet or whatever? Does this mean that the Combined Fleet land units have any advantage there?
b) How the replenish missions at sea work? I have had some TF needing more fuel in the same hex as replenish TF and nothing has happened when trying to replenish. Is there any special procedure to do this?
c) I have place some mines in Lunga as JP player and when disembarking/invading my transports were hitting them continuously. They sank more JP ships than american! Is this normal?
d) Has anybody an easy rule to remember the different factors that affect your planes when launching air missions?
e) Why sometimes your ships refuel automatically when reach port? This is very annoying specially when you are low on fuel and want it for some TF and not for others. Is there any way to prevent automatic refuel when ships reach port?

Not that I'm aware of. I think it only matters for setting a barge hub.

Chick on the 'refuel at sea' buton in the tast force that needs the fuel. They will only fill up to the 50% level at sea.

Saddy, yes, it is normal. I always clear my mines out of enemy ports before I invade.

d) ??? what specifically do you mean?

e) I believe it has to do with the number of OPS points your TF has left when it arrives in port. If not enough, it won't refuel, nor will it the next turn. Thing to remember is to always refuel TFs when you check on them the next turn, even if you intend on disbanding the TF. That way, they have fuel the next time you need them.

Not that I don't want to list them all for you, you are asking for multiple chapters of the manual as far as air unit operations. You really need to commit some time to reading the manual a few times over to get some basics

Distance from the bases you want the barge hub to supply.
