[PROBABLY FIXED v1.12 RC] Steam community packs don't appear to be auto-updating

Observed this a couple of times now so thought I'd post it (I don't recall if this has ever worked so it may have always been like this).
I've noticed that if a community pack is updated, CMANO doesn't appear to be pulling the update down next time I launch the the app. For example, the 'Community Pack' michalem75 has created (basically the full collection of scenarios) added two new scenarios to it - Red Phoenix and Team Carney. Launching CMANO doesn't appear to update my current pack. The only reliable way I've found to force an update is to delete the entire contents of the 'Steam Workshop' folder underneath scenarios before I launch CMANO. On doing that the subscribed packs then download.
