Anyone fancy a new game? I was thinking perhaps a new Triumph of the Reich. Would need committed players though.

Would be up for a new game. Made some mistakes in the running one and like to try some new ideas.
Icym is working on a new version. Not sure whether it is ready for playing.

I recently (a few days ago) asked Icym for a version I could play solo. He finished up what he was doing to the game, and sent me a version. I would say it is highly likely he should have a new version ready. Of course, he may contradict me, but my feeling is I am right.

played previeus scenario of war in europe and some solo's of Triumph
now it's time for some human opponents.
if possible would like the German side or Russians.

Would prefer Axis to see what I can do better than last time.

After reading the after action reports on the last game, I noticed a few things I thought could be improved and they have been done.

A couple of minor changes still remain, but I can have a new Dropbox version available promptly.

It's not ready for posting on the scenario bank yet because the revised game manual is not finished, but otherwise it should be fine.

If players agree to begin, I'll make the latest version available for download.

Ok.....I wouldnt mind playing Western Allies again, although if there are more than 3 players wanting to participate , I'm quite happy just to play
Brits or US etc.

I would not mind playing a new game. This game is massive so it is a major commitment. I will be taking a break in August to go to the wilds of North Dakota, Montana, and that general area to see the eclipse. Will be away from my computer so will not be able to play for two weeks. Also seeing Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, taking a white water rafting tour, and lots of other stuff on my bucket list.

I guess if we had four, five or even six players it would not be such a big burden. Who is in so far....Larry, Juegen, DRommel, Ernieschwitz and myself.
Anyone else want to consider having a crack at this great scenario?

I'll withdraw from the game I think I have enough on my plate. Besides my comment only was meant as a piece of insight

Ok, so far we have DRommel and Rufus interested in playing Germans. (How about splitting up SS & Germans between u?). I would be happy with Brits or Commonwealth (or both).
Larry, how about you? One or other players also would make this really interesting.

If this is thecase then I think best the germans + SS in one hand and Italy and Axis minors in the other hand

I'd be willing to play the USA.

If you are short a player I could throw my hat in not concerned about the faction anyone will do.

As I am interested in trying some new strategy with Germany + SS I would like to play this side. If DRommel prefers this side too I might step back. There are enough players for a new game I think (or maybe we can start a third game with all participants in who dont get a slot in this game).

No problem, but not all fixed already.

Germany and SS: Rufus
Italy and Axis Minors and Finland: DRommel
Western Allies: Falco
USA: Larry
SU: Ironduke (?)

Conditions as in first game?
PW: on
PBEM: off (so we can save the turn inbetween)
