Trying to play after a layoff of a couple of years. Used to play on Windows XP. Now on Windows 10.

Have run it multiple times. Get two results. First result, no text at all, just colored lines. Second Result - Get a screen with text but when I click on Single Player the only choices that I get are Sandbox, User Scenarios, Load Saved Game and Back to Main. no choice for Games Scenarios and no choice for Tutorial.

Also - Screen only appears in top left hand corner, occupies only about 1/3 of the computer screen.

I own all the Civil War games except Brandy Station. Have the disks for each if an uninstall/reinstall is the best choice.

I right clicked on the icon and used the Test Compatability. Went thru a number of cycles and got the same two results. Ultimately was told - "Incompatible Program"

Thanks so much. Got it working though had to do a complete deletion and reinstall but your suggested process finally worked. Lost an hour of my life but I guess it will be worth it. Again, thanks.
