Allied Logistics and Paris

We have a game where German population evacuations are simulated. Am I correct, though, there's no hit to Allied supply / logistics from liberating Paris (or anything else), other than the need to build (up) depots? We all have read about Gen. JC Lee and Comm Z . . . .
