TF Smith and 4.2" mortars

I just finished playing TF Smith and - as expected [:D] - I was slaughtered by the North Koreans.
The US OOB includes two 4.2" mortars: unfortunately they are useless since their minimum range is 14 hexes and the scenario visibility is 12 hexes only [&:].
