why is it not possible to fly interdiction missions with fighter ac even when they have high load capacity like FW190A ? This ac always do so when there was nothing else to do like CAP.

You need fighter bombers or any other type of bomber to fly Interdiction missions
Fighters can fly Escort missions while other aircraft are bombing or fly CAP to protect from enemy air attacks

Yes I know, but the option in the menue is there and it would fit historically.

After gaining air supperiority all air forces do attack with their fighter ac especialy soft targets as truck and infantry. A US Mustang sgn even sunk an italian destroyer!
