I have a noob question : where do we see the weather in a specific hex ?
The manual says on the bottom left of the screen, but all I see there is the (x,y) coordinates of the selected hex.
Can someone kindly help me ?

I think that the weather display is missing when some display sizes are used.

Well, I play on a 15" screen laptop on full HD (1920 x 1080).
That should be enough pixels to display weather information ?

From the top of my head, isn't it displayed in the lower left corner of your screen? Pretty small font.
