Missing sound file

German language in use.
The alarm sound/sound file is now missing on U-Boot alert dive.
And by the way:
Where did the national anthems remain when you click on the capitals? [:(]

Hi Templer,
I just tried a sub dive test and the sound seems to be working fine on my end, was this during an AI/PBEM++ turn or when you attacked the sub yourself?
I only ask because this sound may not play if it is during a replay if the 'Quick Animation' settings are selected.
For the capitals, I had these linked to specific sprites when used in game, i.e. the Eiffel Tower represented Paris and so on, but since these are no longer specific for this game I temporarily disabled the capitals sounds.
I'll look into another way to implement this as others have mentioned this before as well.
