I have started playing with the game (v101) as parliament.

I can't build the units of the Northern Association and the East Association. I have the money, I control the areas (Hull for instance), I have the War supply.
When I double-click on the unit (in the construction's panel), the screen centers on a region, but the region is not highlighted in green.

Maybe have I missed something ? Maybe am I doing something wrong ?

You need to play the Decision to gain there Loyalty I suposse.

according to the manual (page 113) , you can build units of East Association in Newark, Boston, Norwich, Yarmouth, Lincoln and you must have 51% loyalty.

I have controled Yarmouth with more than 51% loyalty during a long time, but I couldn't build any units of East Association.

For now, the issue arises with the East Association : I can't build any of their units.
I can build units of South Association. I have not tried the West Association because the AI has eliminated all my forces there.

For the North Association, I can't build units in Hull, is this working as desired ?

I believe that something is wrong at least with the East Association and their forces seem important for the victory of the Parliament.

(I don't criticize ECW. The game is well done, I like it, the AI plays well, there are tons of things to discover in the game. But I believe that something is wrong with the raising of some units).

I'm checking the issues as Gribeauval says he already has the 51% loyalty needed.
A saved game will help a lot here.

In ECW is very important to gain loyalty in the regions you need to build your units. This can be done with the 'Gain Support' Decision.

I have 61% support in East Anglia (Yarmouth) but can not build any of the Parliamentary E.A. units there

Gribeauval, no saved game needed anymore. I have fixed the issue, will release a patch this week.
