Is it possible to mod the in-game date? Like..from 2100 to 0000?

Unfortunately it appears that the date is hard-coded into the software..... I have not been able to change the date in Distant Worlds at all.

For my mod I am using a means outside Distant Worlds Universe to convert the DW Date to Star Trek Stardate format

What a fantastic thing to hard-code. -_-

I could be wrong and just didn't find it....have a look in the config files that create the screen.... Look for any thing to do with date.
