America In Flames

In my last solitaire game, The axis was incredibly succesful (conquering France, UK, China and taking USSR to the ropes). After that I imagined to take America.[:D]. I´m trying to design a what if sceneraio similar to America in flames with Mwif. I open this thread to take ideas about special rules, units, and any ideas to this.
Here some ideas to start:
Beginning and ending, when? 1945 or 1946 until ?
The A bombs, how simulate this?
Victory conditons?
America neutral countries, house rules to be involved.
The units, whic units must be scrapped?
Limitation to USA Fleet, for example, must USA scrapped every naval unit (except transports) when were destroyed?
And much more! If you are interesting in this scenario I would like to hear your ideas and opinions.
