I´playing the Royalists in a full scale PBEM campaign. We are at turn 30 and there is no Chance of buying any supply Train from the army rooster. After creating two Depots I have only one supply Train left and can´t move any bigger army without loosing my men.
Is this a bug or have I mistaken something?

In turn 30 you should have bought the option for increasing your forcepool. This means you can buy 5 Supply units and you can purchase them in the Royalist Recruit zone,
actually regions: Oxford, West Wycombe, St.Albans, Warwick, Northampton, Bath, Gloucester, Worcester,Leicester and Asbhy.
You also need loyalty over 50% there.

You should have a Decission to increase Loyalty, 'Gain Support'.

played all the action cards, same problem as other people. even with support >50% you can't build supply wagons or recruit units except northern troops
