I keep getting the "You are not allowed to post links, emails or phone numbers for 7 days from the date of your tenth post." error.

Nothing in my posts is a link, email or phone #. It's ridiculous.

This is not an issue with the forum software but was added to stop spammers from adding rubbish into the forum.
You have 16 posts so you should be ok now.
