I am curious as to why upscaling a unit's movement ability is proportionally larger than say upgrading weapons or
style, and is there some benefit, that I may have missed in the upgrading of movement.[&:]

It is higher due to the cost of providing all the extra vehicles, fuel and logistical support necessary for that, especially as we don't have oil as a separate feature in terms of affecting unit movement (though oil resources are very important in terms of income and economic might). For this reason it costs more for Germany to upgrade with mobility than it does for the Allies.

Thanks Bill, & I can see how you are trying to capture the conditions of the period,
although I would have thought the Allies would be on par with the Germans, cost wise till at least 43,
considering the British lost all their equipment in France & had to rebuild all of their support & the Americans
didn't have any & only started equipping after Pearl Harbor.

You're right, but the cost as a % of unit cost will remain the same throughout the war, so we have to replicate that feeling in other ways.
