Allied Opponent for 4th Supreme Command scenario

Im new to the game, but would like to cut my teeth on this scenario as the Axis. Played quite a bit of WiTE, but not WiTW.

Would you still be interested, wqc12345?
I'd like to change a little bit (Put Axis national air morale rate of decay back to normal, since Allies can't even get anywhere without air supremacy), but other than that I would be interested in playing this Scenario as Allies.
