Bad Download file

Hello,
I purchased Civil War II-The Bloody Road South today. I used paypal for the purchase. My purchase was successful and I was presented with the license key and download link. When I click the download link a .exe file of about 1GB in size is downloaded. When I go to install the game the install dialog says "Space Required 29.3MB". When I click next - next the game installs, but there are only 2 folders CW2 and Autoplay. In CW2 the only folder is Scens. I am able to get the game start menu to open but when I click on Play nothing happens. I believe I have a bad install file. How do I go about getting a good one? Please advise.
