I had a Radeon 7777 and it ran SC fine, then I switched back to my Intel on Board and it also ran SC fine. Now I upgraded to a EVGA GTX 1080 TI and the task bar won't go away. I cannot access the in game menu. I tried several different resolutions but they won't go away. Any solution for this?

This is from what I can tell a Windows issue in terms of how it treats the taskbar. Likely there is a notification or app in the taskbar, i.e. one of those icons on the right hand side of the taskbar that wants you to see something and thus the taskbar is being shown "on top" all the time. Since you've changed your video card it might even be your video card notification icon in the taskbar that is the culprit.

You could try removing or disabling some of these icons to see if it helps and here is an article I found that goes into some of this as well as some other options that might apply.
