Just re-installed Gettysburg and tried to auto update to v. 161 update 3, but instead I got the message that it was unable to download the file, i.e., error to open FTP file.

Can you try to download the file from the browser, unzip and apply the patch-exe?

That was my next plan, but it's still not able to download the file.

I have Win 10; is that an issue? I don't recall having a problem with the previous version on Win 8.1.
