Windows 10 Creator's edition test

Windows Creators edition test
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 15063) (15063.rs2_release.170317-1834)
none default install, D drive selected, but C drive also tested
none default DPI used, and default 96 DPI also tested
a clean install of the Creator's edition tested, plus an upgraded to from a previous version of windows 10.
fullscreen and windowed tested, fullscreened doesn't let you alt tab in or out and also gives black screen on screenshots but on windowed mode, it's 98% of screen size anyway as shown so no big deal, it works right out of the box.
full screen isn't supported on any compatibility settings mode tried, from Vista to win8.
rename no video also doesn't no longer work on the Creator's edition, tried latest Nvidia drivers and a AMD card.
