Norfolk holds the Atlantic fleet, Nimitz and the Pacific fleet in San Diego. Standard.
We have a Catalina in Miami. Sub squadron in LA.

UK set up. RN Home Fleet is in Portsmouth, Gort good to go somewhere.
Slow cruisers in Scapa and on the Clyde. Fast cruisers in Plymouth (and across the Ocean in Halifax Nova Scotia.)

A 3rd fleet at Aden. Singapore is garrisoned with an Indian Infantry Corps and has most Australian and NZ vessels.

Royal Engineers garrison Malta. The Italians have set up to threaten Tunisia. Wavell has a reasonably strong and fast-moving force in Egypt.

The Queens start in Cape Town. There's another transport ready to take the Ulster Militia out of Belfast. Both have cruiser escorts.
