I'm playing a game via the slitherine multi.
Everithing works fine for the tow first turns, but for the third I got message: "I have to run a program to the 2.0.12 version" (I'm running with it) and after I close this dialog box, I got a new message where it's write the program can't find the map file, I closed this message and I had a empty map.
I had a version of the game from matrix, I uninstall the game and install a new one from steam but the same thing happened.
What can I do ??

from my point of view, it doesn't sound like a permission issue, as 2 turns have been played, if both user are on the same version, as numbers quoted are the latest, did either or both upgrade onto this version mid game?

Jo, some times you are at the mercy of the production crew. The good news is that the update will come with some other Red Storm goodness. Just have to wait it out. [8D]

After playing sone turns without problem.

The same bug is reproducing.

Today I manage to open the file correctly.
And the game is completed.
I think the problem come from the server: it works one day and not the next one.

maybe more likely a local loop issue, with a good connection one day, but not every day[:(]

We are keeping an eye on your reports. An intermittent bug is very tough to pin down. The 13 update will be coming September 1st. Let us know if you keep getting that error and if you can expand on things being done before loading the game to see if there is a pattern. If you can do the same with your opponent that would help too. Sorry you are getting this odd bug, but also glad the game loaded and you could finish.
