Canadian DD cannot be placed in Halifax

As you can see in the pic, I have a canadian DD to place in Halifax, but I get the message I cannot place it.

Sorry about this, and thanks for mentioning it. Good news is that this is fixed for the v1.09 beta, but I appreciate that doesn't help with your current game.
