Hello all. I just got a new computer, and I can't seem to download the base installer for Pride of Nations. I was able to download the patch and the DLC I've bought, so it's specific to this one file on my end.
I get an error message saying "550 Can't change directory to "/PrideOfNations-SetupRelease-v103d.zip". I believe the ftp address is incorrect, but of course I'm not sure.
I can paste the url here but don't know if I should, so I'll wait for a reply. Please help, I would like to play this game again.

I should have clarified after mentioning an ftp address: I am using that link from the members page, and the other downloads work perfectly, but the base installer (1.03d) gives me said error.

try a different browser or a FTP client

good luck, if not you will need to log a support ticket here, but try a different browser or FTP client first just to be sure, or pm the link to a mod who can check for you, i'm only a member here but a mod over at slitherine or i would have suggested me, but better not as you don't know me either, not that it would matter as i would only have the game, not a serial number either to install it, but best to get a mod from here to check it tbh

I've definitely seen you around multiple forums, and thank you for all your help so far.
I do have an account at Slitherine. I tried the DL links from here and there using FileZilla, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Edge, but no luck yet. Should I post/message on the Slitherine forums?

I have access to my serial number, just not the installer itself.

Edit: I've opened a HelpDesk ticket, just in case.
