I'm having trouble identifying the aircraft in this picture. Anyone got ideas?
Google Earth imagery from 5/2017.

My guess is F-5 on the bottom and the rest are J-7s
But that's a guess. The bottom ones could also be older Mig-15 varients.

bottom left are J-5 (mig-15/17) and the rest are MIG-21
of note on the mig-21 are the big single-segment triangular wings, single tailfin, long blended cockpit.

Those planes have the wrong wing and tail config for Mig-21s. The wings are different than the 21s delta, and the horizontal stabs aren't swept back enough. They look more like FC-1s or even JL-9s. Although I can find no record of China selling those to NK. Bottom two do look like J-5s.

I really doubt its a JF-17. Media reports would be all over that. The JL-9 is a derivative of the J-7 anyway. The tail config is almost exactly the same as the J-7. I think the shadowing around some of the planes hides how swept back they are.
I doublechecked 2017 Military Balance and the Global air force OOB, along with transactions, and there is no listing of JF-17 sales beyond what is already known as the 100 sold to Pakistan and a few on order in other Nigeria and Burma (or whatever it called now). Also, again shadows play havoc, the wing strakes don't come out far enough.
I am sticking with a Mig-15 variant and a Mig-21 variant.
edit...boy, the more I look at that, it sure does look like a JT-17. I might dig into that a little more.

Gwangju Airport in SOUTH Korea, F-5's and F-86's. Picture is probably much older than 2017.
