Guys can somebody explain what is wrong with random weather in our game? 14 turn and still no signs of mud - all clear. Now shall I expect snow instead of mud or blizzard?

My game with Dinglir is the same. No random weather at all so far up to turn 14. Blizzard will happen in Dec no matter what in the Soviet Union. Seems you and I have both had bad weather dice rolls.

Gents, why I still have 45 max morale in January 42? What they changed? As I see Germans also have 74 instead of 70. What is new system?
