So here are mine:

Early Roman: Hegemony 3 Clash of the Ancients
Late Roman: Alea Jacta Est
Dark Ages: Crusader Kings 2
Renaissance: Pike & shot
Post Renaissance: Napoleon Total War
American Independence: --
Civil Wars: Revolution Under Siege
WW1: Commander The Great war
WW2: Decisive Campaigns Barbarossa
Post WW2:
Cold War: Flashpoint Campaign Red Storm
Modern: Afghanistan 11
