hello
-i received my cd rom DTR and i installed it on a " seven windows ": no problem
-but when i launch the game , i immediately have this message :
RUNTIME ERROR '429'
Actice X component can't create object

-i decided to install DTR on my other computer with " windows 10"
-i obtained the same error message !!!

-so trying on a third computer with " Windows Xp"
-install and launch have been with success !!

How can i fix the problem with my 7 and 10 windows OS ?

I suggest you contact HPS support...

But have you tried to use compatibility mode? Right click DTR .exe then follow video below and then install...

Best thing to do is contact HPS support.
