When playing v2.30 in a window, the map will not scroll when placing the mouse pointer on the extreme edges of the window. This worked fine in v2.20. My screen resolution is 1024 x 768. I am playing the game in a window size of 800 x 600.

Does it scroll when you go to the edge of the screen (as opposed to the edge of the game window)?

Yep, it scrolls when you go to the edge of the screen. Now I see in the release notes that is says "screen" not "window." DOH!!!
