Ships not being included in an Import file

I am trying to create OOB import files. However, when I save the units the bases and aircraft are saved, but not the ships. When I import the file. The airbases, aircraft, and naval bases are there. Is there something I am not doing correctly? Or, is this not able to be done yet? If not, is there a way to add a lua script to import them to the file or add it on somehow?

Do you mean that the ships docked in the base are not being im/ex-ported?

I think that this has been logged before. The import/export does not know about 'docked' ships currently.
