Playing Don of a New Era Command Live DLC on stream tonight and the Moskva SAG didn't lift a finger to defend itself against a 40 missile HARM/JSOW attack resulting in the annihilation of the fleet. Played around in the editor post stream and found that if I checked on 'Investigate Contacts Within Weapons Rage' on the '11th Bde ASuW Ptl' mission, suddenly they started firing and defending themselves. Attached the save where this behavior was seen. To recreate, launch the Falcons in Turkey with the JSOW loadout and they should be able to fly right into range of the Moskva group, launch, get away, and see 16 JSOWs impact their target without any defensive fire from the fleet.

I noticed this also. Not sure if it was a design option.
